Reservation and Payment: All reservations must be made through our online booking system, and payment must be made at the time of booking using a valid credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Guests can also make payment through bank transfer or cash payment upon arrival at the hotel.

Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is from 2:00 PM, and check-out time is by 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Minimum Age Requirement: Guests must be 18 years or older to book a room at Hotel Akbar Sonamarg.

Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the hotel premises, including guest rooms and common areas. A cleaning fee of INR 5000 will be charged for smoking in the room.

Pets: Pets are not allowed inside the hotel premises.

Liability: Hotel Akbar Sonamarg is not responsible for any loss or damage to the personal belongings of guests or for any injury sustained on the hotel premises.

Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the hotel room or hotel property during their stay. Any damages will be charged to the guest’s credit card at the discretion of the hotel management.

Security: The hotel has 24-hour security personnel, CCTV cameras, and secure entry points to ensure the safety of our guests and their belongings.

Changes to Reservation: Changes to reservations can be made subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date to make changes to your reservation.

Force Majeure: Hotel Akbar Sonamarg is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, and political unrest.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.
