◈  Hotel Akbar Sonamarg’s cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility to our guests while also ensuring that our hotel operates efficiently.

◈ For individual reservations, guests may cancel their booking up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date without any cancellation charges. However, if the reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival date, one night’s room charge will be applied as cancellation charges.

◈ For group reservations, guests may cancel their booking up to 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date without any cancellation charges. However, if the reservation is cancelled within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date, the cancellation charges will be 50% of the total booking amount.

◈ No-shows and early departures will be charged one night’s room charge.
